Items you have received or offered does not bring you complete satisfaction? You have 15 days, from receipt of your product day to return items that do not suit you. They will be immediately exchanged or refunded, according to your choice and availability of products.
Simply log into your account and click on "My Orders".
You access the history of your orders. Select the product return and send us a request for return via the "ADD MESSAGE:" at the bottom of the page.
The Customer Care Service and Nature will give you a return number and tell you the address to return your product.
Our advice : Ensure your shipment up to the value of the goods it contains to avoid disappointment due to damage during transport.
At your convenience, you can then request an exchange, credit or refund your product, in accordance with our conditions of sale.
(*) NOTE: Only products returned complete, in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.
The following provisions do not apply to drugs that can not be returned or exchanged.
Standard products are subject to the statutory withdrawal period of 7 days.
The SPECIFIC PREPARATIONS, which are "goods made to the consumer's specifications" under 3) of Article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code and, as such, are not subject to no right of withdrawal.
The products must be over-packaged for transport.

2- I received my order, but the package is damaged. What should I do?
For any order on Care and Nature, you must make absolutely sure in the presence of the deliveryman, the contents of the package conforms to what you ordered.
