Minoxidil Bailleul 5% is an effective treatment for baldness. Thanks to its concentrated formula, it stimulates hair growth and slows hair loss for denser hair.

What is Minoxidil Bailleul 5% Prévention calvitie used for?

Minoxidil 5% from the Bailleul laboratory promotes hair growth and stabilizes hair loss leading to baldness.

Minixodil Bailleul 5% Prévention Calvicie 3x60 ml is a drug recommended in certain cases of alopecia (excessive hair loss), known as androgenetic (due to an excess of male hormones), of moderate intensity in men. It is not recommended for women, due to the high frequency of hypertrichosis (abnormal development of the hair system) at a distance from the application sites.

Causes of baldness :

  • The main cause of baldness is an excess of male hormones (androgenic alopecia). This excess is hereditary: if your father is bald, chances are you are too. In fact, male hormones accelerate the hair's life cycle, making hair loss more rapid. Other causes can also come into play.
  • Permanent stress or prolonged anxiety can promote hair loss.
  • An unbalanced diet, deficient in certain vitamins (H, B6... ), may also be involved.
  • Beware, too, of shampoos that are too harsh on the scalp, or frequent dyeing.

Minoxidil Bailleul 5% is an effective solution for preventing baldness and strengthening hair. Its concentrated formula acts directly on the scalp to promote hair growth and slow hair loss, offering an effective solution for combating hair loss and maintaining thick, dense hair.

Minoxidil is a vasodilator that works by stimulating blood circulation to the scalp, thereby promoting hair growth by prolonging the growth phase of the hair follicle. By applying this solution regularly, you can strengthen your hair and reduce hair loss, enabling you to maintain a full, voluminous head of hair.

Baldness is a common problem for both men and women, but Minoxidil Bailleul 5% offers an effective solution for preventing hair loss and maintaining optimal hair density. By strengthening hair follicles and stimulating hair growth, this solution helps you maintain thick, voluminous hair, whatever your age or sex.

Minoxidil Bailleul 5% is presented as an easy-to-apply topical solution. Simply apply it directly to the scalp twice a day, following the instructions supplied with the product. Its economical 3x60ml format ensures prolonged use for long-lasting results.

Imagine yourself with thick, voluminous hair, and forget the daily anguish of combing through it. With Minoxidil Bailleul 5%, push back the frontiers of what's possible when it comes to preventing baldness. Turn that vision into reality and restore your hair to its former glory.

This anti-hair loss treatment with 5% Minoxidil offers clinically proven efficacy. Minoxidil works by stimulating blood circulation to the scalp, nourishing hair follicles and promoting healthy hair regrowth. For revitalized hair and hair renewal.

The 60 ml bottles are practical and easy to integrate into your daily routine. The liquid formulation makes for easy application, making Minoxidil Bailleul 5% the choice for hassle-free home treatment.

Detailed information on this medicine is available on the ANSM website (France).

Health Education Council:

a) What is androgenetic alopecia?

Normally the hair has a lifespan of 3 to 6 years and it falls by day 50 to 100 hairs.

More hair loss can occur seasonally (in the fall) or after childbirth: the fall is normal, transient and there is no need to start treatment.

Alopecia is defined as hair loss greater than 100 hairs per day.

There are two types of alopecia:

acute alopecia,

chronic alopecia.

ð Acute alopecia (sudden hair loss over a short period of time) can be diffuse or by patches (peladic) and are most often of known cause (aggressive hair care, poor general condition, poorly balanced weight loss, certain drugs, shock psychic, stress ...). These acute alopecia should not be treated with this medicine.

ð Chronic (long-term) alopecia are almost always diffuse. They are sometimes due to a specific disease (thyroid, metabolic ...) and they should not be treated with this medicine. In the great majority, these chronic alopecia are of poorly known origin, most often hereditary: it is androgenetic alopecia. Only this type of alopecia can be treated with minoxidil.

b) How to recognize androgenetic alopecia in male subjects?

image001.jpg

Androgenetic alopecia begins with a thinning of the temporal gulfs.

Then a slight tonsure appears at the top of the skull.

These two areas without hair will gradually grow: androgenetic alopecia gradually evolves to baldness.

c) Some tips for use

Use a mild shampoo (preferably without silicone).

If you do your shampoo after the application of minoxidil, respect a period of 4 hours after it.

If you apply minoxidil after shampooing, it is recommended to do it on a dry scalp.

You can use a hair dryer preferably in a warm position after applying minoxidil.

You can use mousse, gels or styling sprays with a minimum of 1 hour between applications.

There is no interaction between your treatment with minoxidil and your permanent or coloring care but it is better to limit them because of their aggressiveness on the hair.

If you plan to sunbathe after applying minoxidil, it is recommended to cover your hair.

d) Some additional information

At the beginning of treatment, over a short period of time, an increase in hair loss may occur. This hair was destined to fall and do it faster. This is a normal phenomenon, continue the treatment.

The first hair that grows will be soft, fluffy and not very visible. As you go on, as you continue your treatment, they can change and thicken.

LEXICON (summary)

allergy
Skin reaction (itching, pimples, swelling) or general discomfort occurring after contact with a particular substance, use of a medication or ingestion of a food. The main forms of allergy are eczema, urticaria, asthma, angioedema and allergic shock (anaphylactic shock). Food allergy can also result in digestive disorders.

alopecia
General or partial hair loss.

hepatitis
Inflammation of the liver. It may be due to a drug, a virus, alcohol or some other cause.
Viral hepatitis usually heals without treatment. Unlike hepatitis A and E, which are almost always benign, hepatitis B and C can become chronic: the virus persists in the patient's body, which remains contagious but does not necessarily suffer from liver problems. Chronic hepatitis is said to be active when the virus continues to destroy the cells of the liver, destruction translated by the increase of transaminases in the blood.

high blood pressure
Excess pressure (tension) of the blood in the arteries. This pressure is provided by the heart and is expressed by two numbers. It is maximal during the contraction of the heart, or systole (first digit), and minimum during the cardiac rest, or diastole (second digit). Hypertension is characterized by a maximal (systolic) pressure greater than or equal to 16, or a minimum (diastolic) pressure greater than or equal to 9.5. Treatment is initiated when these numbers are exceeded or for lower voltages in some people with cardiovascular risk factors: heredity, smoking, diabetes, excess cholesterol. Permanent antihypertensive therapy can reduce the damage to the heart and blood vessels caused by high blood pressure.

mucous
Tissue (membrane) lining the cavities and ducts of the body communicating with the outside (digestive tract, respiratory system, urinary tract, etc.).

neuritis
Lesion of a nerve that may be due to diseases or various causes: diabetes, alcoholism, intoxication, drugs. When multiple nerves are affected, the term polyneuritis is used. Some drugs can damage the optic nerve (optic neuritis) and cause vision problems.

edema
Accumulation of water or lymph causing localized swelling.

vasodilator
Drug capable of dilating the blood vessels (artery, vein), as opposed to vasoconstrictor.

dizziness
Symptom that may indicate a sense of loss of balance (common sense) or, more strictly, a feeling of rotation on oneself or the environment (medical sense).

way
  • Path (route of administration) used to administer the drugs: oral, sublingual, subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous, intradermal, transdermal.
  • Set of hollow organs allowing the passage of air (airways), food (digestive tract), urine (urinary tract), bile (bile ducts), etc.
