CeraVe micellar water cleanses, removes make-up and moisturizes normal to dry skin. Gentle no-rinse formula, dermatologically tested. Size 295 ml.

What is CeraVe Eau Micellaire used for?

Hydrating Micellar Water gently cleanses, moisturizes and removes make-up, without aggressing the skin. It helps regenerate and protect the skin's moisture barrier.

CeraVe Eau Micellaire 295 ml is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive.

Its gentleness means it can be applied to eyes, lips and the whole face.

Its fragrance-free formula with 3 essential ceramides and niacinamide removes make-up while moisturizing and preserving the skin barrier.

It provides a soothing sensation. Moisturizing and ultra-gentle formula.

Hypoallergenic. Ophthalmologist-tested.

CeraVe micellar water is a must-have for anyone looking for an all-in-one solution for cleansing and removing make-up from the face and eyes. Designed to suit normal to dry skin, it gently removes impurities, pollution residues and make-up, without aggressing or drying the skin. Whether you're looking for a product that respects your skin's barrier, or a gentle yet effective solution to remove traces of make-up, this micellar water is ideal. Enriched with essential ceramides, it not only cleanses deeply, but also protects the skin from external aggressors.

What particularly sets this micellar water apart is its ability to moisturize and soothe, thanks to key ingredients such as niacinamide and glycerin. These active ingredients leave skin soft, supple and radiant after every use. Niacinamide, known for its soothing properties, reduces redness and evens out skin tone, while glycerine ensures intense, long-lasting hydration, leaving skin moisturized all day long.

Another undeniable advantage of CeraVe 's micellar water is its fragrance-free, non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic formulation. This means it's perfect for even the most sensitive skin, including those prone to allergic reactions. Tested under dermatological and ophthalmological control, it respects even the most fragile areas, such as the eye contour area, which is often badly damaged by conventional make-up removers.

The secret of its effectiveness lies in the presence of 3 essential ceramides (1, 3, 6-II). These lipids, naturally present in the skin, help restore and strengthen the cutaneous barrier, keeping skin healthy and protected. Combined with patented MVE technology, these active ingredients are released continuously to hydrate the skin for 24 hours, ensuring optimum comfort all day long.

Finally, thanks to its innovative formula, CeraVe micellar water not only cleanses and removes make-up, it also protects and moisturizes in depth, guaranteeing nourished, soft and luminous skin. It's a complete solution for all those who want to combine simplicity and effectiveness in their skincare routine.

We also offer CeraVe anti-blemish foaming gel 236 ml, at the best price in our online pharmacy.

Our advice and expert opinions

What are micelles?

A micelle is a complex structure composed of gentle non-ionic surfactants, which act as cleansing agents. They take the form of a microsphere, invisible to the naked eye. Micelles have two poles: a hydrophilic pole, which is soluble in water, and a lipophilic pole, which attracts fats, generally insoluble in water. This dual affinity enables micelles to capture impurities of all kinds and bind them to the cotton during application. They are thus able to remove external residues, such as make-up and pollution-related impurities, as well as impurities produced naturally by the skin, such as sebum, sweat and dead cells.

How to use micellar water properly

While micellar water is designed to leave the skin soft and supple, with no need for rinsing, some people recommend finishing make-up removal by spraying thermal spring water over the face to ensure that all residual impurities are eliminated. However, there's no need to use a toner to get a fresh feeling after make-up removal. Finally, it's essential to apply a moisturizer after using micellar water to finalize the beauty routine and deeply nourish the skin. This can be a day or night cream, depending on the time of day, and should be chosen according to skin type (oily, sensitive, dry or acne-prone).
