How to use this sun protection?
Before any exposure to the sun, apply the product generously to the face and neck. The recommended amount is about a finger's length of cream to ensure complete, effective coverage. To maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or toweling off, it's crucial to reapply frequently.
Proper use of the sun
- Avoid the hottest hours of the day, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Use sun protection (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.).
- Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.
- To respect the level of protection indicated by the "sun protection factor", you need to apply a layer of 2 mg/cm² of skin, which corresponds to around 36 grams (6 heaped teaspoons) of sun cream for an adult's body.
Precautions for use
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water. Do not expose yourself to the sun during peak hours, generally between 12pm and 4pm. Protect children and babies from direct exposure to the sun. Using a sun protection product is important, but it must be accompanied by protective clothing to optimize protection.

Our advice and expert opinions
It's a fact that we're not all equal when it comes to the sun. In addition to different phototypes, some skins have particular sensitivities that require specific protection when exposed to the sun. For them, the sun can be an even more aggravating or dangerous factor than for others.
In fact, by attacking the skin, UV rays can provoke reactions such as redness, feelings of tightness and even itching in people with sensitive skin.
To prevent further skin sensitization and avoid sunburn, it's essential to protect your skin with a high sun protection factor. Many people still believe that you don't tan with a high SPF. The tan is simply more gradual and of much better quality (you avoid peeling skin...). And even under a parasol, you need to protect yourself. UV rays attack the skin by reflection.
