How to use these capsules for skin beauty?

The number of capsules of Nhco Uv Skin Solaire Autobronzant 56 Gélules to swallow per day depends on your phototype.

• For milky skins: take 2 capsules morning and evening 2 weeks before exposure, then take 2 capsules a day during exposure and 2 capsules a day after sun exposure.
• For fair skin: take 2 capsules morning and evening 2 weeks before exposure, then take 2 capsules during exposure and 2 capsules after exposure.
• For dark skins: take 2 capsules in the morning 2 weeks before exposure, then take 1 capsule during exposure and 1 capsule after exposure.

The use of UV Skin NHCO does not dispense with the recommendations against excessive sun exposure: avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, particularly in the middle of the day, and regularly apply a sun cream with an appropriate factor.
