How to use this essential oil
Oral: * Through the skin: *** Diffusion: *
By mouth(hot flushes): 2 drops on a neutral tablet 3 times a day.
By skin(heavy periods, pain): 2 to 5 drops undiluted or diluted in a vegetable oil and massage into the lower abdomen 3 times a day.
Painful periods (adults ): 2 drops of Clary Sage essential oil + 2 drops of Cypress essential oil, 2 drops of this mixture + 2 drops of Evening Primrose vegetable oil to massage the lower abdomen.
Excess perspiration (adults): 2 drops of Clary Sage essential oil + 1 drop of Sweet Geranium essential oil + 2 drops of Cypress essential oil + 2 drops of Sweet Almond vegetable oil, 2 drops of this mixture for local application.
