How to use this essential oil
Oral use: *** Skin use: * Diffusion: FORBIDDEN
Internal use: 3 times daily, 2 drops of Savory Thyme essential oil mixed with honey or olive oil, placed on a sugar cube or directly under the tongue.
External use: Mix 3 drops of Savory Thyme essential oil with 5 drops of vegetable oil and apply 3 times a day to painful areas.
Exhaustion (adults): 1 drop of Savory Thyme essential oil + 1 drop of Siberian Fir essential oil + 1 drop of Laurel essential oil, 2 drops of essential oils from this mixture on a neutral tablet 3 times a day for 5 days.
Prevention of winter ailments (adults): 1 drop of Savory Thyme essential oil + 1 drop of Peppermint essential oil + 1 drop of Eucalyptus globulus essential oil, 2 drops of this mixture on a neutral tablet 2 times a day.
