Foradults, place 1 drop of Siberian Fir essential oil on a neutral tablet 3 to 5 times a day.
Forchildren over 7, 1 drop of Siberian fir essential oil on a neutral tablet 2 times a day.
Air purifier: 5 drops of Siberian fir essential oil + 1 drop of peppermint essential oil + 3 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil, to be diffused for 10 minutes every 2 hours.
Concentration aid (adults): 2 drops of Siberian fir essential oil + 1 drop of noble laurel essential oil + 1 drop of frankincense essential oil, 1 drop of this blend gently applied to the solar plexus will help you concentrate.
Precautions for use with Siberian Fir essential oil
