What is hemorrhoids and the hemorrhoidal crisis?
Hemorrhoids are exaggerated and permanent dilations of the veins of the anus. These dilatations can sometimes manifest themselves outside the anus. Hemorrhoids are accompanied by painful seizures, itching, small bleeding: this medicine is intended to reduce these disorders.
It is necessary to consult your doctor if no improvement is found after a few days, especially if the crisis worsens or is renewed.
This treatment does not exempt you to observe the measures of hygiene and dietetics to fight constipation:
· consume dietary fiber: they increase the frequency of bowel movements and improve their consistency. Eat green vegetables, rich in fiber, and fresh fruits, which promote transit.
· avoid foods that are too fat and too sweet;
· drink enough water regularly (at least 1.5 liters a day);
· practice regular physical activity, avoiding sports with heavy loads.
