How to use this oil

• Local application: apply the pure oil directly to the area concerned, rubbing or massaging gently. Reapply as often as necessary.
• Inhalation: dilute 15 drops in a bowl of warm water and breathe in the vapors with your head covered by a cloth, or place a few drops on a handkerchief and breathe in regularly.
• As a gargle: dilute 30 drops in a glass of warm water.
• Bath: dilute 1 tablespoon for a foot bath, 2 tablespoons for a full bath.

Precautions for use

For external use only, do not swallow Huile Aromatique aux 41 Huiles Essentielles. Do not expose to sunlight within 6 hours of application. Keep out of reach of young children.
