For effective inhalation, simply dissolve 1-2 Olioseptil inhalation capsules in a bowl of hot, non-boiling water (approx. 200 ml at 60°C) or in an inhaler. Breathe in the vapors for around ten minutes, possibly covering your head with a towel to isolate your face. This maximizes vapour absorption and inhalation efficiency. You can repeat this operation 2 or 3 times a day if necessary. Avoid contact with cold air immediately after inhalation to prevent further irritation.
