What is Allerderm® Spot-On used for?
Allerderm® Spot-On is a topical dermatological treatment designed to restore and maintain the integrity of your pets’ skin. Thanks to its Cutaneous Lipid Complex, this product is specially formulated for dogs and cats with skin conditions caused by dermatitis. This complex combines an exclusive blend of ceramides, fatty acids, and cholesterol, which are naturally present in healthy skin.
Skin conditions are often associated with symptoms such as itching, redness, and irritation. Allerderm® Spot-On works by nourishing your pet’s skin, promoting rapid recovery and a visible improvement in skin condition. Ceramides help strengthen the skin barrier, thereby reducing transepidermal water loss and helping to restore healthy, balanced skin.
In addition to nourishing the skin, Allerderm® Spot-On offers protection against external irritants. The formula creates a protective barrier, preventing allergens and parasites from causing further damage to the skin. Whether your pet is a garden explorer or a living-room adventurer, it benefits from continuous protection that shields it from harmful external elements.
Allerderm® Spot-On is also recommended by veterinarians for its proven effectiveness. Developed by experts in veterinary dermatology, this product is a trusted solution for pet owners concerned about their pet’s well-being. Results are often visible from the very first applications, offering rapid improvement in skin condition and noticeable relief from symptoms associated with skin conditions.
By investing in Allerderm® Spot-On, you’re choosing a product that not only treats skin problems but also helps prevent them from recurring. Healthy skin is essential for your pet’s comfort and overall well-being, and this product is designed to support that balance over the long term.
In conclusion, Allerderm® Spot-On is a comprehensive solution that combines nourishment, protection, and prevention for healthy skin. How do you use this product?
Using Allerderm® Spot-On is simple and can be tailored to your pet’s specific needs. For acute skin problems, it is recommended to apply one pipette per week for four weeks. Depending on the severity of the lesions, this dose may be increased to two or three pipettes per week, or even one pipette per day, as advised by your veterinarian.
For regular skin health maintenance and to prevent relapses, it is recommended to apply one pipette per month. For best results, apply the product after a bath, when the coat is completely dry.
To open the pipette, hold it upright and twist the tip firmly until it snaps off.
- For cats: Part the fur at the base of the neck until the skin is visible. Place the tip directly against the skin and gently squeeze the pipette to dispense the contents onto the skin.
- For dogs: Part the fur between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible. Place the tip against the skin and squeeze gently to apply the contents. Distribute the product in several spots along the spine.
Allerderm® Spot-On can also be applied directly to affected areas for targeted treatment.
