The active substance of this drug is paracetamol.

Do not take other medicines containing paracetamol. You may be overdosed.
Do not combine this drug with sulfosodium catioresin (active substance used in case of hyperkalaemia, excess potassium in the blood): the combination may lead to a risk of colic necrosis which can be fatal.
If your child is taking oral anticoagulant therapy (warfarin or AVK), taking DOLIPRANELIQUIZ 300 mg SUGAR-FREE at maximum doses for more than 4 days requires enhanced monitoring of biological tests including INR. In this case, consult your doctor.

Dosage

4. WHAT ARE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS?

· Rarely, an allergic reaction may occur:
