How to use this cushion for pain relief?

Hot use:

• Heat the pouch in the microwave without its cover at 900 W for 20 seconds. If necessary, it can be heated twice more, for a maximum of 10 seconds. We recommend kneading the pouch after the first 20 seconds to ensure even heat distribution. Replace the pouch in its cover and position it on the painful area.
• Heat hot water in a container until it starts to boil, then remove the container from the heat source. Immerse the pouch in hot water without cover for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the pouch from the water. Replace the pouch in its cover and place it on the painful area.

Cold use :
Place the pouch without its cover in the refrigerator for 2 hours or in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from the fridge or freezer, then insert the pouch into its cover and place on the painful area.
