How to use this zinc and silicon complex?

• Oligomax Zinc - Silicon may be recommended for joint comfort and acid-base imbalance. Suitable for seniors.
• 5 ml per day in ½ glass of water (75 ml).
• The perlingual route is the usual form of use.
