How to use these breast milk sachets?

Follow the instructions for collecting and storing breast milk in the enclosed leaflet. It is advisable to wait until breastfeeding is well established before introducing a bottle.

  • Do not store breast milk in the refrigerator door. Instead, choose the coldest part of the fridge (at the back of the rack above the crisper).
  • You can freeze breast milk expressed in bottles or Pump & Save sachets. Don't fill the bottles or sachets more than 3/4 full, to leave space for the milk to solidify.
  • Mark Pump & Save bottles or pouches with the expression date.
  • Do not defrost or reheat breast milk in the microwave or in a pan of boiling water, to avoid loss of vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients, as well as the risk of burns.
  • To preserve the components of breast milk, defrost it in the refrigerator the day before use. Alternatively, hold the bottle or Pump & Save sachet under hot water (max. 37°C).
  • Gently shake the bottle or "Pump & Save" sachet to homogenize the fats. Avoid vigorous shaking or agitating the milk.
  • Thanks to the B-Well bottle warmer, breast milk can be gently warmed.

What's it made of?
