What is Pranarom Carrot Essential Oil 5ml used for?

Pranarom Carrot Essential Oil 5ml is a 100% pure, natural essential oil. This herbaceous plant is well known for its taproot, which is orange, fleshy and not very woody. The upright stem offers numerous twigs with finely cut leaves and white or pinkish flowers arranged in aerial umbels very characteristic of this botanical family. A chemotyped essential oil traditionally renowned for its properties as a hepatic and renal depurative, liver cell regenerator, cholesterol-lowering agent and skin drainer.

Carrotessential oil has tonic and general stimulating properties, as well as hypertensive properties. It is draining, depurative (hepato-renal) and cholesterol-lowering. It is a hepatocellular regenerator and hepatoprotector. Carotol is a hypocholesterolemic and antioxidant, while daucol is a detoxifier and decongestant. This essential oil is also antibacterial and antifungal. Used topically, it is a good anti-wrinkle agent. It acts against couperose, acne and cellulite.

Carrot essential oil acts as a hepatic and renal depurative, stimulating the natural processes of elimination of toxins and waste accumulated in the liver and kidneys. By promoting blood purification and filtering harmful substances, it helps maintain the health and vitality of these essential organs. This depurative action is particularly beneficial in supporting the optimal functioning of the liver and kidneys, which are responsible for detoxifying and eliminating metabolic waste from the body.

Thanks to its regenerative properties, Carrot essential oil promotes the growth and repair of liver cells. By stimulating regeneration of damaged liver tissue, it helps restore normal liver function and prevent liver disorders. This regenerative capacity makes it an invaluable ally in supporting liver health and treating liver conditions such as hepatitis, cirrhosis and liver damage induced by alcohol or toxins.

Carrot essential oil plays an important role in regulating lipid metabolism, helping to reduce blood cholesterol levels. By promoting the elimination of excess cholesterol and regulating lipid synthesis, it helps maintain a healthy lipid balance in the body. This cholesterol-lowering action is particularly beneficial in preventing cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, stroke and coronary heart disease.

As a skin drainer, Carrot essential oil helps eliminate toxins and impurities from the skin. By stimulating lymphatic circulation and increasing blood flow to the skin, it helps rid skin tissue of metabolic waste and toxic substances. This detoxifying action is beneficial for purifying the skin, eliminating imperfections and promoting a radiant, healthy complexion. It also helps reduce skin inflammation, soothe irritation and promote healing of wounds and skin lesions.
