Lubricant laxatives (mineral oil in general, paraffin oil or petroleum jelly oil). The oil will coat the stool with a lubricating film which will allow them to slide more easily . Be careful because by introducing lubricating materials into the intestine, there is a risk of reducing its ability to absorb fat-soluble vitamins. The balance of the intestine is complex and good food hygiene is an important factor in transit.
Attack treatment : 2 to 3 teaspoons (5 ml) per day.
