The Actipoche Chaud Froid is easy to use and can be reused at will. For hot therapy, simply heat the cushion in the microwave for a few seconds. For cold therapy, simply place it in the freezer for a few hours. Once heated or cooled, gently apply to the painful area and leave to work. - Hot use: styes, blepharitis, chalazion, ocular rosacea, dry eyes and Meibomius gland dysfunction.
- Cold use: palpebral edema (swollen eyes), headache, ophthalmic migraine (Caution: do not use cold in cases of ocular rosacea or dry eyes).

After each use, store the Actipoche cushion in the plastic pouch supplied in the case, and keep at room temperature away from light.

How long does the Actipoche Chaud Froid need to be heated or cooled?
For hot therapy, heat the Actipoche in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. For cold therapy, place it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
How long can the Hot & Cold Actipoche be used each time?
We recommend applying the Actipoche Chaud Froid for around 10 to 15 minutes each time. If necessary, you can repeat the application every hour.
