What is the definition of acne?
A very common skin problem, acne most often appears inadolescence. Most often benign, it can in some cases take on severe forms, with pimples on the face, neck, chest and sometimes back.
Acne reflects reactions in the sebaceous glands, which produce sebum, a lubricating substance. If there's too little sebum, the skin will be dry and easily chapped. If there's too much, skin will become oily and acne-prone.
In fact, excess sebum obstructs the sebaceous gland duct. This facilitates the proliferation of bacteria normally present in the skin, notably Propionibacterium acnes, responsible forinflammation (red pimples). When the clogged follicle dilates too much, this causes retention lesions(blackheads and microcysts). Deeper lesions (cysts) can leave scars.

What to do if there is no improvement within 24 hours:
Certain pathologies cannot be treated with homeopathy by simple self-medication. Their severity requires medical advice from a homeopathic or allopathic doctor. This doctor will judge whether your condition can be treated with homeopathy alone, or whether your treatment needs to be supplemented with allopathy.
If your symptoms persist, consult your doctor or homeopath.
