Homeopathic indications for Sabadilla
Homeopathic medicines can be used for a variety of symptoms, so it is not possible to determine the indications and dose of a specific preparation.
ENT indications
Sabadilla is recommended for colds characterized by a strong nasal discharge, a feeling of obstruction and burning of the nostrils, little irritation and sneezing. The patient experiences itching or tingling in the nostrils and a sensation of dryness at the top of the nose.
Hay fever or pollinosis, caused by pollen allergy, can also be treated with Sabadilla. Pollinosis manifests as itching of the throat, nose and eyes. The patient also complains of coughing, sneezing, insomnia, fatigue, runny nose and blocked nostrils. Hay fever can develop into complications such as sinusitis and asthma, so it's important to treat it as quickly as possible with the homeopathic remedy Sabadilla, which can also be used as a preventive treatment.
Sabadilla is also used to treatinflammation of the pharynx or pharyngitis, which is accompanied by dryness of the throat and starts on the left side and progresses to the right.
Neurological indications
Sabadilla is indicated for the treatment of neurological disorders known as cenestopathy. The patient believes he or she has withered skin, twisted limbs or suffers from a disease that cannot be cured. If the patient is a woman, she may also feel pregnant at the first hint of a bloated belly.
The homeopathic doctor selects the appropriate medicine, dilution and dosage to suit the patient's state of health and characteristic symptoms.
Cenesthopathy is classified as a psychological disorder. But since its effects have a real impact on the subject's relationship with his or her body, the relief provided by the Sabadilla homeopathic remedy helps to improve the patient's physical well-being. Indeed, with the right treatment, sensations of pain, distended parts or foreign bodies in the body disappear.
Indications in gastroenterology
Sabadilla can bring relief to patients suffering from digestive disorders caused by intestinal worms. Very often, the presence of worms is discovered by anal itching.
Sabadilla is also suitable for treating violent pain in the epigastric cavity, loss of appetite or nausea after eating.
Other homeopathic indications
Sabadilla is recommended to alleviate pain in the ovaries. It provides relief for women with late or scanty periods. In pregnant women, Sabadilla is prescribed for nausea followed by profuse vomiting. It can also be used to eliminate hair lice.
Directions for use and dosage of Sabadilla
Remove the tab, invert the Sabadilla single-dose tube and pull the cap slightly. Place all the granules in the dose under the tongue. Do not touch the homeopathic granules with your fingers. The globules in single-dose tubes are absorbed in one go, dissolving slowly under the tongue. If a single-dose tube is not available, take 10 granules of the same dilution. Use a mint-free toothpaste (such as Homéodent Boiron).
Oral solution in drops. The drops are to be diluted in a little water.
These dosages are given for guidance only and may vary according to the nature of the drug and the clinical context.

Recommended dosage for neurological disorders
Sabadilla, obtained from cevadilla, a Mexican plant, is used to combat Cenesthopathy. It is obtained from the plant's seeds, which are dried before the mother tincture is extracted. Sabadilla 15 CH is used for the treatment of cenesthopathy, which should last at least three months, with five granules taken twice a day, in the morning and evening. The granules are placed under the tongue until they melt.
To relieve a patient suffering from cenestopathy, it is recommended to give 5 granules of Sabadilla 15 CH per day until the symptoms disappear.
Recommended dosage for gastroenteritis
Patients suffering from digestive disorders caused by worms will find relief by taking 5 granules of Sabadilla 9 CH, morning and evening, for one month.
Other dosages: To treat ovarian pain and menstrual cycle disorders, take 5 granules of Sabadilla 15 CH morning and evening for 3 months. Nausea in pregnant women can be alleviated by taking 3 granules of Sabadilla 5 CH, three to five times a day. To combat lice, we recommend mixing equal quantities of Sabadilla mother tincture and Staphysagria mother tincture, and spraying the mixture on the head every evening before bedtime. A single application is usually enough to eliminate the lice.
If homeopathic treatment fails to improve the patient's condition, medical consultation becomes necessary. If the pathology handicaps the subject and prevents him/her from having a normal social life, he/she is advised to see a doctor.
It is important to note that these dosages are given for guidance only, and that it is always preferable to consult a homeopathic doctor for a dosage adapted to each individual case.
