Cooper is a pharmaceutical laboratory created in 1907 in Seine et Marne by a community pharmacist, Dr. Albert Salmon , with other pharmacists. The project of these men was to come together in a cooperative in order to make everyday health products available to the population in a pharmacy.

COOPER also uses subcontractors, mainly located in France and Europe .
