Origin of the homeopathic strain
The Phosphorus homeopathic strain is derived from white phosphorus (P). Phosphorus is an essential homeopathic remedy with an ever-expanding field of application. It is used to treat a wide range of health problems thanks to its varied properties.
Angiology and cardiology
Phosphorus is an excellent remedy for elderly people prone to dizziness and for those suffering from headaches accompanied by sensations of congestion due to heat. It also helps prevent venous circulation disorders in the legs and strokes. Phosphorus can also help prevent vascular complications associated with diabetes.
Stomatology, ENT and pneumology
Phosphorus helps relieve and prevent intense gum pain. It is also indicated for treating laryngitis accompanied by redness in the throat and hoarseness. Phosphorus is also effective against dry coughs, sometimes followed by burning in the chest.
Hepato-gastro-enterology and ophthalmology
Phosphorus is an effective treatment for children suffering from gastroenteritis accompanied by vomiting whenever they drink cold water. This homeopathic remedy also helps stop bleeding after surgery, recurrent nosebleeds and other types of hemorrhage. Acute hemorrhages, as well as retinal hemorrhages, can also be treated with Phosphorus.
Gynecology and other indications
Phosphorus is useful to relieve women suffering from metrorrhagia (genital bleeding outside the menstrual period) or menorrhagia (abnormally heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding). People suffering from joint pain exacerbated by inclement weather, such as rain, can also benefit from Phosphorus. This remedy is also effective in soothing people prone to mood swings or who are highly emotional. Finally, heart failure can be treated homeopathically with Phosphorus, in addition to conventional treatment.
Phosphorus can be used to stimulate growth in children with low immunity and who are prone to infections.
Phosphorus is a homeopathic remedy with multiple applications, capable of effectively treating a wide range of ailments. However, it is important to follow the correct dosage and precautions for best results. Do not hesitate to consult a health professional for a diagnosis and treatment adapted to your situation.

Pharmaceutical recommendations
Phosphorus is a homeopathic medicine with a broad spectrum of indications. Its efficacy in a wide range of pathologies makes it a versatile choice for both prevention and treatment. It can be combined with other homeopathic remedies or allopathic treatments depending on the clinical case. A medical consultation is strongly recommended for optimal care.
Dosage protocols
Dosage varies according to clinical indication. It is essential to follow the instructions of a healthcare professional.
Dosages to prevent and treat angiological and cardiological disorders
To put an end to dizziness, particularly in the elderly, and to relieve headaches accompanied by congestion and aggravated by heat, we recommend taking one dose of Phosphorus 9 CH, spaced 7 days apart. Treatment lasts 6 months. The same dose is used to treat venous circulation problems in the legs.
The same dosage is also prescribed for stroke prevention. On the other hand, to prevent vascular complications linked to diabetes, one dose of Phosphorus 15 CH should be taken for 6 months, spaced one week apart.
Dosages for ENT, stomatological and pneumological disorders
Intense gum pain is relieved by taking 5 granules of Phosphorus 15 CH every 10 minutes. More frequent doses are recommended as the patient's condition improves.
To treat laryngitis and hoarse, dry coughs, take 5 granules of Phosphorus 9 CH morning and evening for several days. If coughing fits occur between two doses, they should be combated immediately by taking 5 granules as well.
Dosage for hepato-gastro-enterological and ophthalmological disorders
To treat gastroenteritis in children, 5 granules of Phosphorus 9 CH should be administered three times a day. Normally, 3 days of treatment are enough to improve the child's condition; if not, a doctor should be consulted as soon as possible.
Recurrent nosebleeds or similar types of haemorrhage are stopped by taking 5 granules of Phosphorus 15 CH three times a week for 3 months. The medicine can be taken on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This prescription should be followed to avoid this type of bleeding in the future.
Post-operative bleeding can be reduced by taking 5 granules of Phosphorus 15 CH every morning during the week preceding surgery. Of course, taking the same 5 granules after the operation will also help reduce bleeding. To stop acute bleeding, take 5 granules of Phosphorus 15 CH every 10 minutes. When improvements are seen, the doses can be spaced out.
To prevent retinal haemorrhage, take a weekly dose of Phosphorus 9 CH for six months. The same dosage is indicated to prevent recurrence of retinal haemorrhages.
Dosage for gynaecological disorders
For metrorrhagia or menorrhagia, the usual dose is 5 granules of Phosphorus 15 or 30 CH at the onset of the disorder. Treatment continues with a weekly dose of the same dilution.
Recommended dosages for other conditions
Joint pain is treated with a weekly dose of Phosphorus 15 CH. This treatment should be carried out on the same day of the week. For example, you may choose to take your treatment every Tuesday or Friday, but you must not change the day from one week to the next.
Behavioural disorders characterized by alternating depressive moods and cheerful attitudes are treated by taking a weekly dose of Phosphorus 30 CH for 4 months.
To complement treatment prescribed by a cardiologist, or for initial treatment of heart failure, it is recommended to take 5 granules of Phosphorus 9 CH daily.
In summary, Phosphorus is a versatile homeopathic remedy used to treat a variety of health disorders. It is important to follow recommended dosages, and to consult a doctor or specialist if in doubt, or if symptoms persist despite treatment.

For chronic conditions, low-dilution remedies (Phosphorus 9CH, 12CH, 15CH, 30CH ) should be taken 1 or 2 times a day, while single-dose basic remedies should be taken once a week, or even once a month. This decision is left to your homeopath.
What to do if there is no improvement within 24 hours
Certain pathologies cannot be treated with homeopathy simply by self-medication. Their severity requires medical advice from a homeopathic doctor. This medical doctor will judge whether your condition can be treated with Phosphorus homeopathy alone, or whether your treatment needs to be supplemented with allopathy.
