using advice

Use AlodontCare Refreshing Mouthwash twice a day. Especially after brushing your teeth.

Pour 20 ml, the equivalent of a measuring cap into a glass.

Rinse mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not rinse with water afterwards.
