Description of Niquitin Ice Mint 4mg Sugar Free 24 Chewing Gums

Niquitin Ice Mint 2 mg sugar free, Chewing gum is indicated in the treatment of tobacco dependence in order to relieve the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal in subjects wishing to stop their consumption of tobacco.

Although stopping smoking altogether is preferable, this medication can be used in:

  • cases where a smoker temporarily abstains from smoking.
  • a tobacco reduction strategy as a step towards final cessation.

Withdrawal syndrome includes many symptoms which can be more or less severe:

  • sad, even depressed mood
  • insomnia
  • irritability, frustration, anger
  • anxiety
  • difficulty concentrating
  • excitement
  • decreased heart rate
  • increased appetite
  • sweat
  • headache…

  • Reserved for adults (from 15 years old).

The other ingredients are: Gum, Calcium carbonate, Sorbitol (E420), Mannitol, Liquid maltitol (E965), Mint flavor, Anhydrous sodium carbonate, Sodium bicarbonate, Glycerol, Butylhydroxytoluene (BHT) (E321), Acesulfame potassium, Talc .

Coating agent : Xylitol, Acacia, Titanium dioxide (E171), Levomenthol aroma, Eucamenthol aroma, Carnauba wax, Talc, Purified water.

Precautions for use
