Post-operative breast augmentation
Three types of incision are possible for breast augmentation with prostheses: under the breast, at the areola or under the arm. Post-operative recovery is simple in most cases: discomfort is moderate, and normal activities can be resumed within a few days.
At the end of the procedure, your doctor will apply a Cerederm dressing, which is water- and microbe-resistant, allowing you to shower every day without the need for special care or a nurse. This dressing does not impede healing or gas exchange from the skin to the outside world, allowing the healing process to proceed normally.
