Our advice and expert opinions

As we age, the quantity of silicon produced by the body decreases irreversibly, and this is true for all living beings.
Our joints require special care throughout our lives to keep them supple and healthy. Neglecting these parts of the body can ultimately lead to rheumatism, joint pain, inflammation and annoying stiffness. To stay in shape and avoid rust, we recommend regular joint massages.
Gentle massages relax muscles and the body. In addition, if you don't suffer from circulation problems, apply warm compresses to aching, tense joints: the heat helps circulate the blood; and cold compresses to swollen or sensitive joints: the cold numbs the joint and helps soothe the pain.
