Start with your usual daily skin cleansing using a micellar solution. Then apply the eye area. Massage the area by drawing an eight or an infinity around the eyes.
The next step is to apply the serum, 4 to 5 drops are enough. You will thus obtain an optimal result, because the serum is a concentrate of the most powerful active ingredients, which makes it possible to reach the deepest layers of the skin.
Now apply your usual treatment with our MartiDerm ampoules. Depending on your skin type (oily, combination, dry, etc.), you will need to use one type of routine or another. Consult your pharmacist to find out which MartiDerm treatment is suitable for your skin. During the day, apply your sunscreen. This will help prevent spots from appearing.
Finally, you apply a MartiDerm Flash ampoule on your face, neck and décolleté (don't forget the décolleté, we have to take care of it in the same way!).
At this stage, you must choose between applying an entire ampoule of MartiDerm® Flash or using only half of it (if you choose this option, half an ampoule MartiDerm® Flash could be used for your Thursday outing and the rest of the product for the weekend).
