SIGVARIS DELILAH 70D Support sock

During pregnancy, mothers-to-be may experience the notorious phenomenon of "heavy legs". Pain, heaviness, tingling, cramps in the legs, this unpleasant sensation is mainly due to the upheavals the body undergoes during pregnancy (hormonal changes with greater estrogen and progesterone synthesis, increased weight, compression of veins by the uterus and increased blood volume). All these factors can lead to circulation problems.

This range of support socks is available in 3 colors: beige, navy and black.

Sigvaris Delilah support socks are ideal for ensuring the comfort and well-being of your legs on a daily basis. Elegant, these socks have a transparent mesh with a satin finish for maximum comfort.

Description of SIGVARIS DELILAH 70D Support Socks

Sigvaris Delilah support socks have tapered compression to activate blood circulation and tone your legs. Made from transparent, satin-finish mesh, the socks are suitable for all occasions, yet remain discreet and elegant. Reinforced toes and heels for added strength.

Sigvaris medical compression products are risk class 1 medical devices (directive 93/42 CE), manufactured by Sigvaris.

They are intended for the treatment of chronic and acute venous diseases.

Instructions for use and dosage

For best comfort, we recommend putting on the socks as soon as you wake up, on clean, dry skin.

Before putting on, remove rings and cut nails. Turn the support socks inside out, up to the heel. Put on the toe and then the heel. Make sure the heel is in the right place. Turn the support socks over, without pulling, and unroll them over the ankle, calf and up to the knees, gradually working your way up, without pulling directly upwards.
Make sure there are no creases.

Our advice and expert opinions in pharmacy

To avoid heavy legs, there are a few tricks you can adopt:

  • Elevate your legs to allow blood to flow upwards. When sitting, place your legs on a footstool; at night, place a cushion under your feet.
  • Massage your legs, always from bottom to top, to activate and promote blood circulation.
  • Cold water on your legs at the end of your cleansing routine will tone and energize circulation (always from the bottom up).

How to relieve heavy legs with medicinal plants? How to relieve heavy legs with medicinal plants?

Veno-lymphatic insufficiency is a benign condition, but sometimes very disabling and unsightly. In France, nearly 20 million people suffer from their "return circulation" to varying degrees.
