SIGVARIS DELILAH 70D Support sock
During pregnancy, mothers-to-be may experience the notorious phenomenon of "heavy legs". Pain, heaviness, tingling, cramps in the legs, this unpleasant sensation is mainly due to the upheavals the body undergoes during pregnancy (hormonal changes with greater estrogen and progesterone synthesis, increased weight, compression of veins by the uterus and increased blood volume). All these factors can lead to circulation problems.
This range of support socks is available in 3 colors: beige, navy and black.
Sigvaris Delilah support socks are ideal for ensuring the comfort and well-being of your legs on a daily basis. Elegant, these socks have a transparent mesh with a satin finish for maximum comfort.

Instructions for use and dosage
For best comfort, we recommend putting on the socks as soon as you wake up, on clean, dry skin.
Before putting on, remove rings and cut nails. Turn the support socks inside out, up to the heel. Put on the toe and then the heel. Make sure the heel is in the right place. Turn the support socks over, without pulling, and unroll them over the ankle, calf and up to the knees, gradually working your way up, without pulling directly upwards.
Make sure there are no creases.

Our advice and expert opinions in pharmacy
To avoid heavy legs, there are a few tricks you can adopt:
- Elevate your legs to allow blood to flow upwards. When sitting, place your legs on a footstool; at night, place a cushion under your feet.
- Massage your legs, always from bottom to top, to activate and promote blood circulation.
- Cold water on your legs at the end of your cleansing routine will tone and energize circulation (always from the bottom up).
