Our advice and expert advice in pharmacy

Constipation is one of   The most frequent digestive problems , particularly in women. To support constipation and transit problems, Nestlé Health Science developed OptiFibre® from a natural plant-derived active ingredient. With no habitual effect, it helps to put nature at the service of digestive well-being .

To treat constipation , conventional laxatives can be used, but it may be more beneficial in the long run to follow a natural "anti-constipation" program .

If your constipation seizures last several weeks , a natural "anti-constipation" program, based on a vegetable fiber intake, is an interesting solution.

With Nestlé Optifibre, you add natural fibers to your diet: without changing your taste, your fiber intake increases, and this additional consumption stimulates by natural action the frequency of stool evacuation.

Pains or blood in the stools should systematically cause you to consult a doctor.
