What is Panacur 500mg dewormer for dogs 10 tablets?

Panacur is a versatile fenbendazole-based dewormer for dogs. Fenbendazole is active against nematodes (including Toxocara canis, Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonina, Ankylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala, Trichuris vulpis...) and cestodes of the Taenia genus. At recommended doses, Panacur Chien is active against both adult and larval forms migrating through the animal's body, offering optimum protection against worms.

Fenbendazole's high therapeutic safety coefficient and lack of embryotoxicity mean that Panacur can be used at any age and physiological stage, including early gestation. Panacur Dog & Cat hydrodispersible tablets dissolve quickly and easily in a little water. The suspension is then mixed with the meal. Finally, the taste of food is not altered by Panacur Dog Cat.

Panacur 500mg is specially formulated to offer complete protection against a range of nematode and cestode worms. It acts effectively against both adult and larval forms migrating through the animal's body, guaranteeing overall protection.

Panacur 500mg is based on the active ingredient fenbendazole, a substance effective against nematodes such as Toxocara canis, Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonina, Ankylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala, Trichuris vulpis, as well as cestodes of the Taenia genus. This versatility makes it an ideal choice for protection against a variety of worms.

Fenbendazole has a high therapeutic safety coefficient, which means it can be used with confidence in dogs of all ages and physiological stages. Even bitches in early pregnancy can enjoy the benefits of Panacur without risk to their offspring.

Panacur 500mg tablets are hydrodispersible, meaning they dissolve quickly and easily in a little water. This convenient form allows hassle-free administration, ensuring that your dog receives the necessary dose effectively.

An added benefit of Panacur is that it does not alter the taste of food. Your dog will be able to enjoy his usual meals without any disturbance from the dewormer.

Clément Thékan veterinary laboratory also offers Strantel dewormer for cats, at the best price in our online pharmacy.

How to use this dewormer

Panacur is administered orally. Simply mix Panacur into your dog's or cat's food.
In the event of parasite infestation, the dosage is 50 mg/kg/day of fenbendazole (i.e. one 500 mg tablet per 10 kg) for three consecutive days for adult dogs and cats, or for puppies and kittens.

When worms are present, remember to use a natural flea treatment that's effective for your dog, as these parasites transmit worms (Dipylidium).

Panacur tablets are pre-cut. This allows doses to be adjusted to the nearest 2.5 or 5 kg, according to the following table:
