How to use this bud complex

5 drops a day in the evening, undiluted (keep 20 seconds in the mouth on the tongue) or diluted in a little water.

Start with a low dosage and gradually increase until you achieve the desired effect, up to a maximum of 20 drops per evening.

For children, 5 drops are sufficient.

Take 30 minutes before bedtime.

As a course of treatment, take 3 weeks daily, then one week off, for a maximum of 3 months.

As a maintenance treatment, one week a month.
