Usage advice and dosage

Before the first use

Clean the cup with a mild soap and scald for 5 minutes in a large amount of water (a saucepan will do fine), do not burn it on the bottom, or place the Claricup ™ menstrual cup down in its Claribox. Cover with water until marking. Leave the lid open and place the Claribox for 5 min at 750 Watt in the microwave.

Make sure the 4 holes are drilled correctly.

Insertion

On the first use, you can either wet the cup (during a shower for example), or use a water-based lubricant (same as for sexual intercourse).
Very quickly you will be able to put your cut without lubricant or water.
These preliminaries will allow you to gain self-confidence.
Fold the cut and insert it like a pad, if it is well put it will unfold itself.

Withdrawal

When you remove your cut, you must first wash your hands carefully, take a comfortable position and then relax quietly to release the muscles of your vagina. If you can not reach the base of the cut, gently pull on the stem. You can quietly push the cup with the muscles of your vagina to help the Claricup go down. Be careful not to damage the stem with your nails. Peel off the edge by pressing the lower part of the cut, and remove it by avoiding spilling the contents.

Interview

For routine cleaning, we advise you to rinse your cut first with cold water (this to avoid bad odors as well as yellowing of your cut).
Afterwards it is possible to make a cleaning with a delicate soap and hot water or to use the claribox
Between two cycles, scald it in a large quantity of water for an optimal cleaning
