How do I use this menstrual cup?

Before first use

Clean the cup with a mild soap and scald it for 5 minutes in a large quantity of water (a saucepan will do perfectly), so as not to burn it on the bottom, or place the Claricup™ menstrual cup stem down in its Claribox. Cover with water until marked. Leave the lid open and place the Claribox for 5 min at 750 Watt in the microwave.

Make sure all 4 perforations are correctly pierced.

Insertion

For the first few uses, you can either wet the cup (during a shower, for example), or use a water-based lubricant (the same as for intercourse).
You'll soon be able to insert your cup without lubricant or water.
These preliminaries will help you build your self-confidence.

Removing
