Our advice and expert opinions in pharmacy

Tip for varicose veins:

Mix 2 drops of organic Vetiver essential oil with 8 drops of vegetable oil and massage your legs up and down twice a day.

Relaxation tip:

Mix with a vegetable oil and massage slowly into the solar plexus.

Solar plexus kesako?

The solar plexus is often referred to as our emotional zone. It's located at the level of the sternum, just above the pit of our stomach. This is where many of the nerves innervating abdominal organs such as the stomach, liver and spleen are concentrated. It's easy to understand the expression "to have rage in the belly"!

The solar plexus is linked to vital energy, self-confidence (charisma) and motivation. It's therefore important to encourage relaxation of this area, which contains all our emotions: anger, fear...

Blocked breathing, a feeling of suffocation, an oppressed heart, bloating, colitis, a knot in the stomach, difficult digestion... these are all signs of a blocked solar plexus and diaphragm!

Take a few moments and breathe consciously, deeper and deeper, because breathing is the basis of all stress and emotional management!
