Our advice and expert advice in pharmacy

Take "dry muscle", take a dry mass, take muscle without taking fat, ... it's the dream of any bodybuilding practitioner.
This means increasing the volume of one's muscles, but without increasing one's fat level, thus remaining dry.

To understand, 3 very simple points :

For there to be muscle growth, it is necessary that the body has a little more calories than usual, a little more protein, to be able to enlarge the fibers and thus increase the volume of muscles. As with any construction, materials are needed for muscle building to take place.
To stabilize one's weight, the body must have the exact dose of calories it needs. This is called "maintenance".
For a dryer, the body must have fewer calories than it spends.

Whey protein and Isolate

  • Whey protein is until now the best protein for bodybuilding on an efficiency / price plan. Its high content of amino acids, easy digestion and tastier taste than other powdered proteins makes whey the most used dietary supplement in bodybuilding to increase muscle mass.
  • Protein isolate is superior to whey protein, its more advanced manufacturing and its richer aminogram make it the highest quality dietary supplement on the protein market. Its more fluid texture and ease of assimilation allow it to be used even before a training session. It is a protein more suited to a dry period or to people who want to progress with the whey form for the most advanced sport.
