Inovance Noctivance Sleep Ease Jet Lag Spray 20ml is a food supplement based on melatonin, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and lemon balm .
- Contains 0.298 mg of melatonin readily available through contact with the mucous membranes of the mouth. Melatonin helps to reduce the effects of jet lag (effect obtained for 0.5 mg). It also helps to reduce the time of falling asleep (effect obtained for 1.0mg).
- With a lemon balm extract, coupled with vitamin B1 and B6. Vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue .
- Format adapted to the trip
Advice for use and dosage
Per day, 1 to 3 sprays, 30 minutes before bedtime or in case of awakenings at night.
