How do I use this respiratory balm for children?

For local application:

Gently massage a teaspoon's worth into the chest, neck and upper back once or twice a day.

Never exceed 2 applications per day.

1. Fill teaspoon to the brim with ointment.
2. Turn the spoon over towards the inside of the jar and remove excess ointment, if necessary, by scraping the teaspoon along the edge of the jar to get the right amount.
3. Apply with fingers.
4. Wash spoon well after use.
5. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
6. Leave your clothes loose at the application site to allow the product to spread properly.
7. Never apply a bandage or dressing to the application site. Never cover the application site with warm clothing or any other source of heat.
