• Eyes: moisten a cotton pad or sterile compress with physiological saline solution, pass it over gently and clean from the outer corner to the inner corner. Use a different cotton pad to clean the other eye.
• Ears: make a small spindle by rolling a piece of cotton between your fingers, and clean only the outer part of the ear to avoid the formation of earwax plugs. Avoid using cotton buds, which can be irritating or even injurious.
