Biocanina Diatomaceous Earth Habitat Powder in our organic pharmacy is a natural insecticide designed to repel pests. Give your opinion on how to use and dosage with our partner Verified opinions after your purchase.

What is Biocanina Diatomaceous Earth Habitat Powder used for?

Natural insecticide for treating the environment: home, farmyard, cage, kennel, basket, kennels, etc. Effective against fleas, red lice, ants and other crawling insects (cockroaches, silverfish, etc.).

Biocanina Diatomaceous Earth Habitat Powder acts as a physical barrier against fleas, red lice, ants and other crawling insects. Contact with the active agent causes lesions on the insect's limbs or carapace, leading to death by dehydration. Diatomaceous earth 's absorbent and dehydrating properties facilitate this process. It also protects treated areas, indoors and out.

Biocanina's Diatomaceous Earth is a simple, ecological and natural way to eliminate pests. Also known as kieselguhr or silicon dioxide, Diatomaceous Earth is made from the fossils of microscopic algae. This very fine powder causes lesions on the digestive system of pests when ingested, and lacerates their limbs and shells.

The main feature of this product is its composition based on diatomaceous earth, a natural substance derived from fossilized diatoms. Diatoms are marine micro-algae with a siliceous skeleton. When ground into powder, these fine particles are sharp for pests, making them effective in pest control.

Biocanina Diatomaceous Earth Habitat Powder works primarily through mechanical action. When parasites such as fleas, lice, ticks, ants and mites come into contact with the powder, it damages their exoskeleton by absorbing the essential oils, dehydrating them and causing their death. This action is non-toxic to humans and pets, making it an environmentally-friendly solution.

This versatile product can be used in a variety of environments. It is suitable for use inside the home, in the garden and even in stables. You can apply it to floors, carpets, pet litter, outdoor play areas and stables to control pests.

One of the main advantages of Biocanina Diatomaceous Earth Habitat Powder is its non-toxic nature. Unlike many pest control chemicals, this powder is safe for humans and pets. You don't have to worry about harmful chemicals in your environment.

We also offer the Biocanina veterinary laboratory's diatomaceous earth environmental spray, at the best price in our online pharmacy.
