B Complex Pure Encapsulation 60 caps in our organic pharmacy, contains all eight B vitamins.

What is B Complex Pure Encapsulation 60 caps?

This dietary supplement contains all eight B vitamins. Each of these 8 vitamins has specific indications and complements the others. This complex is interesting for vegetarians and vegans.

The eight B vitamins B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cobalamin), biotin, folic acid (folate), niacin and pantothenic acid are grouped together under the term "B complex" and complement each other in their functions. B vitamins support us as metabolic catalysts and activate the energy balance. In addition, vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to normal mental performance. Vitamins B2, B6 and B12 as well as folate, niacin and pantothenic acid help reduce fatigue and overwork.

When supplementing with B vitamins, it is important that they are rapidly available, so that they can perform their various functions optimally. B-Complex from Pure Encapsulations® ideally meets this criterion, as it already uses biologically active compounds. For example, vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism ofhomocysteine. In their coenzyme form, vitamins B12 and folic acid (folate) are involved in cell division and contribute, among other things, to the formation of myelin sheaths, the protective covering of nerve pathways.

The eight B vitamins

Pure Encapsulation's B Complex is a complete dietary supplement containing all eight essential B vitamins:

  • B1 (thiamine): Contributes to normal energy metabolism by converting carbohydrates into energy. It is also important for optimal functioning of the nervous system.
  • B2 (riboflavin): Plays an essential role in carbohydrate, lipid and protein metabolism. It is also necessary for energy production.
  • B6 (pyridoxine): Essential for neurotransmitter synthesis and mood regulation. Also involved in protein metabolism.
  • B12 (cobalamin): Crucial for the formation of red blood cells and the proper functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to energy metabolism.
  • Biotin: Plays a key role in fat, protein and carbohydrate metabolism. It is also important for healthy hair, skin and nails.
  • Folic acid (folate): Essential for the formation of blood cells and the development of the fetal nervous system during pregnancy.
  • Niacin: Contributes to the production of energy from food and the normal functioning of the nervous system. It can also help maintain normal cholesterol levels.
  • Pantothenic acid: Essential for energy production from carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It also plays a role in the synthesis of steroid hormones and neurotransmitters.

These B vitamins work synergistically to support metabolism, activate energy balance and contribute to normal mental performance.

Our advice from natural health experts

B vitamins are involved in many roles, such as energy production and proper functioning of the nervous system. Most B vitamins are not stored by the body in sufficient quantities.

An adequate intake of B vitamins is important to ensure optimal energy production. B-complex vitamins have two main functions, directly linked to physical and mental performance.
