Our advice and opinions from natural health experts

It appears that 70% of French people do not consume enough magnesium, a deficiency that the human body cannot cover on its own, since it is incapable of producing it! However, this does not prevent us from consuming more or less magnesium every day , depending on our age or physical activity. So how can we recognize a magnesium deficiency, and what can we do about it?

We're all familiar with the symptoms of magnesium deficiency at different times of the year: nervous and physical fatigue, sleep disturbances, irritability, eyelid twitching, cramps, tightness, tingling, anxiety, fears, memory loss, neck and back pain, palpitations, constipation...

Magnesium is the fourth most common mineral in the body, and is involved in numerous actions in the body, from nervous system function to energy production and bone health. Because the body is unable to manufacture magnesium, it must be supplied through the diet or dietary supplements.

1. How can I tell if I'm deficient in magnesium? Magnesium deficiency can manifest itself through symptoms such as fatigue, muscle cramps, palpitations and irritability. It's important to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis.

2. How long does it take to feel the effects of Magnesium Vitamin B6 Mylan? The effects of Magnesium Vitamin B6 Mylan may vary from person to person, but many users notice an improvement in energy and vitality after a few weeks of regular treatment.

3. Can I take Magnesium Vitamin B6 Mylan at the same time as other medications? It is recommended that you consult a healthcare professional before taking Magnesium Vitamin B6 Mylan in combination with other medications, to avoid potential interactions.
