How do I take Pranarom Spanish Oregano Essential Oil 5 ml?
Pranarom Spanish Oregano Essential Oil is reserved for the informed user, as it is delicate to use and therefore more suitable for medical prescription. It is for adults only.
- Fororal use, one drop of essential oil should be poured into half a teaspoon of vegetable oil, and a maximum of 3 drops per day is recommended. This essential oil is contraindicated in the presence of gastric disorders (burns, ulcers, gastro-oesophageal reflux). Treatment should not exceed 5 to 7 days. It is contraindicated in cases of hepatic insufficiency.
- For cutaneous use, dilute (never pure): this essential oil should be diluted in a vegetable oil to a maximum of 5%, as it is highly dermocaustic.
