What is Synergia SIPF Bio Horsetail Integral Fresh Plant Suspension 100ml used for?

This food supplement for the skin and bones contains horsetail.

Horsetail is a plant containing organic silica, known for its tissue-building action. It contributes to the maintenance and balance of the bone structure , thanks to its remineralizing action, and of the skin structure , thanks to the stimulation of collagen synthesis.

Horsetail SIPF bio contains organic silica (5 to 10%), a mineral essential for the structure of nails, hair and cartilage and arterial tissues. It is useful as a cure at the changes of season, to strengthen the skin appendages: nails, skin and bones .

How to use this food supplement well for the dander?

Take 5 ml diluted in water twice a day.
