    Eucerin Anti Redness

    Unlike other skin types, hypersensitive facial skin may not show any signs, although it causes feelings of discomfort to the person suffering from it. This is a fairly common phenomenon. Studies have shown a high prevalence of the number of people feeling their own skin as sensitive in industrialized countries, and dermatologists report an increase among the reported cases. Given the subjective nature of the signs, however, it is difficult to verify the accuracy of the figures.

    Care Solutions for Hypersensitive Face Skin

    "Hypersensitive" is not a type of permanent skin, it is rather a condition of the skin that can be brought back to normal. It must not be a burden. Your skin simply needs a special protective care. To act on a hypersensitive face skin successfully, it is important to target all three characteristics of hypersensitive skin (collectively referred to as the Hypersensitive Skin Triangle):

    • Deficiencies of the cutaneous barrier. Hypersensitive skin is characterized by a compromised skin barrier and is therefore more sensitive to potentially irritating external factors.
    • Hyper-reactive sensory fibers. When the skin is sensitive, the sensory fibers of the epidermis react more quickly and more vividly than those of normal skin, which causes sensations of discomfort.
    • Redness. Internal and external factors can increase the level of skin stress, causing redness

    The weakened skin barrier can be protected by regular hydration to counteract the loss of trans-epidermal water and prevent the skin from drying out. Moisturizers for hypersensitive skin should contain only a limited number of ingredients, to minimize the risk of skin reactions, and to protect the formulas of oxidation, they should be contained in packaging that preserves them from bacterial contamination.
