How to use these plantar cushions properly?

Reversible, each plantar pad is suitable for both right and left foot. Return a cushion for one of the two feet. The feet should be clean and dry. Slide the foot into the Plantar Cushion: thread the big toe in the small opening and the other toes in the large opening. Make sure the pad is properly placed under the foot. The elastic fabric can be tightened or loosened by stretching it vertically or horizontally. Stockings, tights or socks can be worn over them. Remove the product for at least 3 to 4 hours a day to allow the skin to breathe.
