How to use this toe separator properly?

Place the separator vertically between the 1st of the 2nd toe. Remove the separator overnight.
If necessary, clean the separator with soap and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. When dry, sprinkle the gel with talcum powder.
