Pour a quantity of water warmed to 40°C into a clean bottle. Caution: to preserve the lactic ferments contained in the product, do not use water that is too hot.

Close the bottle tightly and roll it vigorously between your hands. Then, to complete the dissolution of the powder, shake the bottle vertically several times.
