It can also be used as a light source, thanks to LEDs. The indicator light requires 3 AAA batteries. (Batteries not included).

First, make sure that the switch is in the "off" position. Remove one of the blue plates from its packaging. Slide the plate under the protective heating grid.
Detach the triangular cover located under the device. Remove the small protective cap from the butane canister and screw it firmly under the unit. Turn the cartridge clockwise until it stops. Make sure the cartridge is fully inserted. Replace the triangular cover.
To light the lantern, turn the collar of the upper part to the "ON" position, the gas begins to escape.
Place the device in the center of the area you want to protect. Do not touch the hotplate, it will get hot after a few minutes.
At the end of use, turn the lantern cap to the "off" position. Let the lantern cool completely before putting it away.
