How do I use these Urgo brand dressings?

Urgo Pansements cicatrisants Miel are to be used in the case of a superficial burn, keeping the wound under cold water (not iced) for 15 minutes to limit the spread of the burn. If a blister has formed, do not puncture it.

Whether it's a wound or a 1st or 2nd-degree burn, proceed as follows:

Clean your hands. Clean the wound with water or saline solution. Disinfect the wound and surrounding area with an alcohol-free antiseptic solution. Gently dry with a sterile compress, without rubbing. Rinse with water or saline solution.

Stop any bleeding by compressing with a sterile compress.
Open the pouch, remove the adhesive protectors and apply the dressing.
Regularly monitor the progress of the wound and its perimeter.

Renew the dressing according to instructions.
